Dr. Will is founder and director of HOPE Ministries. He is a Conservative Evangelical non-denominational Christian, who after many years of University teaching, counseling and pastoral work offers this free internet ministry. He received his MSW from University of Pittsburgh and his Ma.Divinity and Doctor of Ministry in pastoral counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary.
He was for 27 years Associate Professor of Clinical Social Work, State University (retired); a part-time Christian Psychotherapist.
He is married, with two daughters, four grandchildren, and serves as part-time assistant pastor at his church, Bible study teacher, and is a professional consultant and educator to many conferences, churches and denominations.
